About Giselle

Background/Experience

With a background spanning influence, social, community, and content creation, Giselle has partnered with dozens of household brands in several sectors, including fashion, beauty, food & beverage, consumer packaged goods, and tech. With a 360° lens on influencer marketing through talent management, PR agencies, and in-house experiences, Giselle has elevated brands through small yet mighty collaborations to large, integrated activations by weaving in her wisdom as a Gen Z consumer and first-generation Latina.

Current Roles

Today, she is a Senior Coordinator on the Global Influence team at Calvin Klein, cultivating creator partnerships, ideating influencer strategies, and executing programming for multiple lines of business: apparel, fragrances, eyewear, watches, jewelry, and home. Her global role includes collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams to facilitate micro and mid-tier creator talent and content approvals for Calvin Klein’s launches, ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful global reach.

In addition to her nine-to-five, Giselle is an Adjunct Instructor at her alma mater, Montclair State University, teaching Brand Storytelling: Strategic Communication. This course develops the ability to create compelling brand narratives and manage brand portfolios. Students are learning the fundamentals of brand storytelling through modern and traditional marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, public relations, and brand experience.

Personal Interests

In her free time, Giselle mentors young media and communication professionals and, in true Taurus fashion, enjoys long walks with her dog, relaxing with TV, fun CycleBar classes, and indulging in a nice skincare routine.
